Innatium Terms of Use
Consent version: terms_v2
Status: Final approved
Effective date: 2026-10-07
Last updated: 2026-10-07
These Terms govern access to and use of Innatium, including our website, applications, Profiles, social features, Decisions, Decision Intelligence, referral features, membership features and related services (the Service).
The Service is operated by Innatium Pty Ltd (Innatium, we, us, our), an Australian company based in New South Wales.
ABN: 34 321 685 019
Legal contact: legal@innatium.com.au
By creating a new Innatium account on or after the Effective Date, you
agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Innatium Privacy Policy
(privacy_v2).
1. Eligibility and Australia-only availability
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an Innatium account.
The Service is currently intended for users in Australia only. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
2. What Innatium is
Innatium is a social decision and information platform. Users may publish and discuss market-related content, create and follow Decisions, interact with other users, and view analytics derived from platform activity and completed Decisions.
Innatium is not a broker, securities exchange, investment manager or trading venue. A Decision does not execute or arrange a real-world transaction.
Unless expressly stated for a separately regulated service, Innatium does not provide personal financial advice and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.
3. Market content and financial information
Posts, Decisions, Profiles, Decision Intelligence, ratings, rankings, indexes, analytics and other market-related content may contain facts, opinions, predictions, estimates or user-generated views.
They are provided for social, informational and analytical purposes and are not a substitute for independent professional advice.
A user's Decision is not evidence that the user made a corresponding real-world investment, allocated any particular capital, or achieved an equivalent portfolio return.
Past Decision outcomes, DPI values, ratings, rankings and other historical analytics do not guarantee future results.
4. User responsibility for financial content
You are responsible for content you publish.
You must not use Innatium to provide a financial service where doing so would require a licence, authorisation or exemption you do not have. You must not falsely claim professional or licensed status, publish misleading or deceptive statements, manipulate market discussion, impersonate others, conceal material commercial relationships where disclosure is required, or facilitate unlawful market conduct.
5. Accounts and usernames
Usernames are subject to uniqueness, reserved-name, formatting, impersonation and abuse-prevention rules.
Under current rules, after changing your username you cannot change it again for 90 days. Innatium may retain historical username mappings to preserve old links and prevent impersonation. Historical usernames may remain reserved and redirect to the current Profile.
6. Profiles and identity
You may use approved Decisioners, Innatium banners and supported custom Profile media.
You must have necessary rights to uploaded images. You must not upload unlawful material or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights. Reasonable file-format, file-size, storage and security restrictions may apply.
7. User Content
User Content includes Posts, Decisions, replies, Profile text, images and other material you submit.
You retain ownership of rights you hold in User Content.
You grant Innatium a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute and technically process User Content to operate, secure, improve and provide the Service. This does not transfer ownership to Innatium.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and grant this licence.
8. Decisions
Once a Decision is validly locked, certain fields or evidence may become immutable or preserved for analytical integrity.
You must not falsify, backdate, manipulate or circumvent locked Decision evidence, reference pricing, completion evidence or integrity controls.
Deleting or changing surrounding social content does not necessarily erase evidence Innatium reasonably needs to preserve for Decision integrity, security, auditability or legal compliance.
9. Decision Intelligence, ratings and rankings
Innatium may display DPI, Decision DNA, ratings, rankings, target outcomes, directional performance, horizon analysis, confidence analysis, asset analysis and other evidence-based measures.
These are platform methodologies, not credit ratings, financial advice, guarantees, portfolio performance or professional certifications.
Membership, referral activity and Innatium Credits do not improve Decision Rating, Global Rank, DPI or Decision quality merely because a user pays, refers users or earns Credits.
10. Social features and qualified views
The Service may provide follows, likes, replies, bookmarks, shares, Decision tracking, notifications and view counts.
Public view counts may use Innatium's qualified-view methodology, including visibility, dwell-time, deduplication, self-view and system-traffic rules. A displayed view count need not equal raw page loads or unique natural persons.
You must not artificially inflate views, engagement, referrals, follows or other metrics.
11. Tracking Decisions and notifications
Tracking a Decision subscribes you to supported notifications. It does not execute a trade, copy an investment, create a portfolio position or alter the Decision.
Do not rely on Innatium notifications for time-critical trading or investment action.
12. Memberships
Innatium may offer Default, Silver, Gold or other membership tiers. Available plans, prices, features, billing periods and promotions will be displayed when offered.
References to a tier do not mean paid billing is currently available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Invite & Earn
Innatium may operate a single-level referral program called Invite & Earn.
Under the planned/current program rules when enabled:
- referral attribution may last up to 30 days
- the first valid referrer wins
- self-referrals are prohibited
- rewards issue only after verification
- verification may require email confirmation, completed onboarding, entry into Innatium, at least seven days' maturation, continued account eligibility, and at least five qualifying Posts and/or valid locked Decisions
- a verified referrer may receive 30 Innatium Credits
- an eligible referred member may receive a one-time 150 Innatium Credit Welcome bonus
The Referral Program Terms displayed when the program is live form part of these Terms.
14. Innatium Credits
Innatium Credits are closed-loop promotional platform credits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Credits have no cash value
- Credits cannot be transferred between users
- Credits cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash
- Credits do not expire under current rules
- Credits cannot be used as partial payment
- Credits may only be redeemed for eligible Innatium membership rewards
Planned/current redemption thresholds when enabled are:
- 1 month Silver --- 1,500 Credits
- 1 month Gold --- 4,000 Credits
Redemption availability depends on relevant membership functionality being live and the user's eligibility. Reaching a threshold does not automatically spend Credits.
Innatium may reverse Credits issued because of fraud, duplicate/invalid accounts, technical error or material program abuse. Legitimately earned Credits will not be removed arbitrarily.
15. Promoter status
Planned/current referral thresholds when enabled are:
- Promoter: 50 lifetime verified referrals
- Enhanced Promoter: 150 lifetime verified referrals
Promoter is community/referral status only and does not represent financial expertise or affect Reputation, Rating, Rank or DPI.
16. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service unlawfully; harass or threaten others; impersonate people or entities; infringe rights; distribute malware; attempt unauthorised access; manipulate platform metrics; abuse referral/Credit systems; interfere with Decision evidence; or facilitate fraud, market manipulation or other unlawful conduct.
17. Moderation, suspension and termination
Innatium may reasonably investigate, restrict, remove or moderate content, functionality or accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users/platform integrity, prevent fraud/security abuse, comply with law, address rights complaints or preserve Decision evidence.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be required for serious security, legal, fraud or safety concerns.
18. Intellectual property
Innatium owns or licenses the Service, software, I8I branding, INNATIUM wordmark, Decisioner assets, designs and other Innatium materials, excluding User Content and third-party materials.
You may not use Innatium branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership or official status.
19. Third-party services
Innatium relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, storage, deployment, communications, market data and infrastructure. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
20. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may reasonably modify features for product, legal, security or operational reasons. Where a change materially affects an existing paid entitlement, Innatium Credit rule or important user right, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable and as required by law.
We will not rely on these Terms to make unfair unilateral changes prohibited by law.
21. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or protection under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
22. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, market prices/data may be delayed or incomplete; user content may be inaccurate; analytics depend on available evidence/methodologies; and Innatium does not guarantee that following any Decision, user, metric or content will produce a financial return.
These disclaimers do not exclude obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innatium is not liable for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable or that results from your unlawful use, unauthorised account sharing, independent investment decisions, or third-party conduct outside Innatium's reasonable control.
Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
24. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Innatium
Privacy Policy (privacy_v2).
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. If a future update requires renewed consent under law or Innatium's consent architecture, affected users may be asked to accept a new version.
For the terms_v2 rollout, new signups on or after the Effective
Date must accept terms_v2. Existing accounts are not forced to
re-consent merely because terms_v2 is introduced.
Historical consent records must remain preserved.
26. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws.
Subject to rights under applicable consumer law, the parties submit to courts of New South Wales and courts hearing appeals from them.
